背景
聖公會Ü CARE成長發展中心，自2020年成立Ü CARE共享巴社區流動服務車，以流動快樂種子的概念，將關愛同歡樂帶進每一個社區。主力推廣關注兒童發展活動、主題性(語言、繪本共讀、親職和情緒等)工作坊、大型活動、學生在校支援小組。以多元、歡樂、便利和流動的服務形式，為家長和兒童提供資訊和支援，讓有需要兒童 「及早辨識」及「盡早介入」。
服務宣旨
Ü CARE： Ü ＋ CARE ＝ 流動的快樂種子
「Ü」： Ｕ代表每個服務對象，「Ü」上的兩點，如一個笑臉J，帶出此計劃重視每一個服務受眾，希望服務能為每一個服務使用者傳播快樂的種子。
「CARE」：「CARE」由CAR帶動，喻意帶著關懷、愛心與歡樂遊走社區各處，遍及全澳有需要的人。
服務對象
- 關注兒童發展需要的人士及教學人員
- 有特殊教育需要／有語言發展需要的兒童及其家長
- 青少年及社區人士
服務內容
為懷疑有語言發展需要及有特殊教育需要的兒童及家長：提供流動服務包括：兒童成長發展諮詢、跟進、轉介、教育推廣。
為有特殊教育需要的兒童及青少年，提供生涯規劃服務。
與學校合作，提供到校支援服務、個別化計劃、親職教育及教師培訓。
與服務處不同服務單位及社區人士合作，提供青少年展藝/多元服務平台，社區關懷。
Background
Since 2020, the S. K. H. Macau Social Services Coordination Office has set up Ü CARE Moving Care and Service Shuttle; with the aim to bring care and joy to the community through the concept of happy seeds. The Ü CARE focuses on promoting child development activities, thematic workshops (speech and communication, picture books, parenting and emotional etc.), large-scale events, and student support groups in schools. Besides, the service provides children and the parents with the information and support in a diverse, joy, convenient, and mobile service format. As such, enabling “early identification” and “early intervention” for children in need.
Service principles
Ü CARE: Ü + CARE = Happy Seeds
[ Ü」: U represent each service user. The two dots on the “Ü” are like a smiley face. This means that we value each service user and hopes that our service can spread the happy seeds to each service user.
[CARE」: [CARE」is driven by CAR, a metaphor for Caring, Love and Joy, which travels around the community and reaches out to people in need throughout Macau.
Service target
The service targets include children with developmental needs, teaching staff,
children with special educational needs / speech and communication development needs, as well as their family members. Besides, we also welcome teenagers and community members.
Service purpose
The Ü CARE provides mobile service support for children and the parents with suspected speech and communication development needs, and special educational needs. These include: child development consultation, follow-up, referral and educational promotion.
Besides, the Ü CARE provides career planning services for children and young people with special educational needs. Working with schools to provide on-site support, individualized programs, parenting education and teacher training. Furthermore, the service also collaborates with various service units and community members to provide a platform for youth development/multi-service and community care.
