聖公會青年領袖發展中心 - 聖公會澳門社會服務處

背景

青年領袖發展中心於2003年8月成立，旨在讓青年人能發展個人潛能，發掘自己的領袖素質，成為未來社會更具競爭力的人才，提升自身的競爭力。除透過領袖培育，讓青少年成為具領導能力外，亦透過計劃使自身提升個人批判性思考能力、溝通能力與團隊合作的軟實力，多元化發展啓發未來自身更多的可能。
與此同時，計劃更加入社會參與的元素，鼓勵青少年多關心社會，以關注自身及社會上不同的議題進行探討及研究，為社會作出建議和和貢獻，提升公民意識與社會參與感，使其配合社會未來發展，成為未來更具競爭力的人才。

服務宗旨

青年人為社會最具有可塑性的一群，他們擁有充沛活力、無限潛能和豐富的創造力，中心旨在透過提供平台，培養他們創新意與探索思維，讓青年人關心自身成長及社會狀況與發展。同時，服務亦因應青少年身心健康發展，除了培養創新思維外，亦對青少年積極的態度與正向思考方面同樣關注，重視青少年精神健康的發展，以培育社會未來的棟樑。

服務對象

主要為本澳15-22歲高中及大學生。

Background

Sheng Kung Hui Youth Leadership Development Center was established in August 2013. The goal was to help youths to become a more competitive talent in the future society by cultivating their potentials, through discovering their leadership skills to enhance their overall competitiveness. Apart from leadership cultivation to help youths develop leaderships skills, the scheme also enhances their critical thinking abilities, communication skills and the soft power of teamwork, a diversified development to inspire more possibilities for the future.
Meanwhile, the scheme even added elements of social participation to encourage youths to share a concern for society, explore and exanimate the many different personal and societal issues to make recommendations and contributions to society, which enhances civic awareness and social participation, so they can conspire to the future development of society and become a more competitive talent.

Service Mission

Youths are the most malleable group in society. They are full of energy, potentials and massive wealth of creativity. The center aims to provide a platform to harvest their innovative and explorative minds, enable youths to pay more attention to the individual development and the conditions of society. At the same time, in addition to cultivating innovative thinking, our service also pays equal attention to the positive attitudes and positive thinking of youths. We also attach importance to the development of the mental health of youths in order to nurture the pillars of the future of society.
