背景
聖公會氹仔青年服務隊於2009年接獲澳門社會工作局委託，2010年成立，以「外展」為主要服務手法，由專業社工主動走進社區，接觸在社區流連的青少年，透過介入生活層面的專業手法，為有需要、容易受不良影響、身處不利環境的街頭青少年提供服務。
服務宗旨
以「拾星老人」理念、外展手法
- 為有需要的青少年在教育、職業、家庭、社群或個人問題上提供指導、輔導、危機介入及轉介服務；
- 協助青少年發揮潛能、給予身心全面發展機會；
- 預防青少年受不良影響。
服務對象
為經常在公眾場所流連及聚集，容易受不良影響，年齡介乎六至廿四歲的氹仔區青少年及其家長，特別是面臨困難及危機，或身處不利社會環境、有偏差行為的青少年，若未能及時得到介入協助，或將會面對更大的危機。
- 行為、社交或情緒上有困難的青少年
- 經常曠課或輟學的青少年
- 待業或無業的青少年
- 經常在街上遊蕩的青少年
- 身處危機家庭或家人疏於照顧的青少年
- 濫用藥物或酗酒的青少年
- 參與群黨活動的青少年
- 違法的青少年
- 兩性親密關係出現危機的青少年

Principles
Resort largely to the outreach approaches, the S.K.H. Taipa Youth Service Team, Formed by professional social workers whe actively affiliate themselves with the community to talk with young drifters, and to provide them professional counseling services through personal involvement in their daily life.
The objectives of the service inclue:
- To offer guidance, counseling service to young people in respond to their education, work, family, social or personal queries, and to provide assistance or make referral for young people who are in crisis;
- To help young people to develop their potentials, and to grant them the opportunities for holistic development;
- To prevent young people from undesirable influence.
Target Service Users
With service users centered on teenagers aged 12 to 20, the team offers service to youth people aged between 6 and 24 from island districts. Some of the service users found themselves in trouble in normal social system, or in crisis; consequently, they have emotional disorders and behave abnormally in family, gender relations, work, study or in following laws and regulations.
