背景
由澳門特區社會工作局資助，於二零零四年成立，在二零零五年十一月正式投入服務，是澳門首間全女性青少年院舍，座落於氹仔，提供24小時的住宿及輔導服務。
服務宗旨
深信每一位青少年皆有其尊嚴和價值。透過接納、支持、穩定和計劃週全的住宿訓練服務，協助青少年渡過其面對的困境，踏上健康成長之路。
院舍服務乃眾多服務方法之一，目的為配合有特別需要之青少年，在整個輔導和住宿訓練過程，建立青少年自我照顧能力，提升他們的自信心及人際關係技巧，積極地面對其個人或家人的困擾。在不同形式的活動及輔導工作，強調家長和家庭成員參與，以便青少年能更順利地再融入家庭和社區生活。
服務對象
年齡介乎12至21歲之女青少年；因為成長上遇到家庭、情緒或行為適應困難，需要輔導及住宿訓練服務的女青少年。
Background
ASTOR SHORE is a residential service was run for the special needs of adolescent girls. Funded by the Macao SAR Social Work Bureau, established in 2004, officially launched in November 2005 .Residential care and training services for girls in need. It is the first female youth home in Macau. It is located in Taipa and provides 24-hour accommodation and counselling service.
Service purposes
We firmly believe that every one of our young people to have their dignity and value. By offering accepting , accepting , supportive , stable and well-planned residential service, young people young people can strengthen strategies in facing challenges and grow healthily.
Target client
Astor Shore founded in 2004;Female aged 12-21 years old ; Female youth who encounter difficulties in family, emotion or behavior adjustment and need counseling and residential training service ; Applicant with severe contagious disease, severe mentalillness ,mental retardation , pregnancy ,or addiction to drugs that needs medical treatment or who are in an unstable emotional state will not be fit to stay in residence.
