背景
一九九八年二月開始為聖公會 ( 澳門 ) 蔡高中學夜校部學生提供學生輔導服務。在一九九九年七月，同時得到教育暨青年局的資助，為該校的中學部、小幼部和夜校部採取了「一條龍」服務模式。更於二零零零年中，獲教育暨青年局的邀請，為澳門其他小學提供駐校的學生輔導員服務。
服務宗旨
服務宗旨以(H.A.N.D.S.)的理念，比喻校園裡的校長、老師、學生、家長及輔導員好像五隻手指，輔導員好比拇指一樣，靈活主動地與其他手指保持聯繫與協作關係，如透過校方的協助及配合（HELP）、老師無條件的接納（ACCEPTANCE）、家長的支持（SUPPRORT）、加上輔導員對社區資源網絡的掌握，引入的外界資源（NETWORK），最後共同發展學生的潛能（DEVELOPMENT），讓學生得以健康成長。
服務對象
學校輔導服務為本澳不同之幼稚園、小學、中學、回歸教育及離校學生提供專業輔導及支援服務，亦因應本澳學生的需要，重點發展幼兒及家庭的支援網絡、青少年生涯規劃發展、融合生支援及專業治療服務等。
透過學生輔導員、學校及家長的攜手合作，一同協助學生面對成長中的每個挑戰，塑造愉快的學校生活。而學生輔導員也擔任一個重要的角色，好像一顆明燈照耀學生心中的每一處，與他們並肩同行，一起走上燦爛的人生。
Our Background
Since February of 1998, the SKH started to provide student counselling services to SKH Choi Kou Secondary Night School. From July 1999, with the sponsorship from the DSEJ, our agency/organization have introduced services covering different sectors of that school, including secondary, primary, kindergarten and night school departments. In 2000, we were honored to be invited by DSEJ to start providing in-school counselling services to other primary schools in Macau.
Our Aim of Service
Our aim of service is stemmed from the ideology of H.A.N.D.S, which symbolizes the cooperation of school principals, teachers, schools, parents, and counsellors. The counsellors are like the thumb of a hand, moving with flexibility and initiative to establish effective collaborative relationships with other “fingers”. With the “H”elp and cooperation from the school, “A”cceptance from the teachers, “S”upport from parents, and “N”etwork of social resources by the counsellors, together we lead the “D”evelopment of potentials of the students and facilitate their healthy lifestyle.
Target Group / Service Target
We provide professional counselling and support services for the students in Macau in different educational areas such as Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, Recurrent Education and Programs for school-leavers. And to answer the needs of Macau students, we also focus on developing support networks for young children and their families, the planning of young adults’ career paths, the support and professional treatment programs for inclusive students, etc. For students with special needs, school counselling service also initiates the Support Programs for Students’ Wellbeing, providing directive and individual counselling and assistance.
Through the immense cooperation among student counsellors, school and parents, together we aid students to face various challenges as they grow and create a harmonious school environment and life. In addition, student counsellors also have an essential role for students as the lights that illuminate their hearts. Shoulder to shoulder, together we walk towards a bright and promising future.
