聖公會北區青年服務隊

背景

一九九九年獲社會工作局撥款成立，聖公會北區青年服務隊(最初稱聖公會黑沙環青年發展中心)，是全澳門首支由政府津助的專業青年工作隊，利用展外及社區工作的手法，協助北區的街頭青少年。 服務隊於二零零三年擴展，於筷子基設新中心及易名為〔聖公會北區青年發展中心（筷子基）〕，舊中心亦改稱為〔聖公會北區青年發展中心（黑沙環）〕。 隨著澳門整體青少年服務發展，是項服務亦於二零零六年再擴展成為「聖公會北區青年服務隊」，編制的專業社工數目一再增加，但仍堅守以外展手法，服務有需要的街頭青少年。

服務宗旨

服務隊以「拾星路上，全賴有您」的服務理念，以外展社會工作方法，由社工主動走進社區，去到青少年常閒聚的地方，社工與青少年從互動發現青少年的問題困境，及時向青少年提供專業適切服務，服務北區在個人能力和家庭支援薄弱之青少年，透過不同的工作手法，靈活多樣化的活動，關懷被社會邊緣化無所歸屬的青少年，填補家庭及學校教育的空隙，讓青少年認識自己、了解自己及個人價值的存在。

服務對象

服務對象年齡6至24歲的北區青少年，青少年不適應社會的正常體系甚至處於危機，在行為、情緒、家庭關係、兩性關係、生涯、學業等遇上問題及不適應，社工給予指導、輔導、危機介入及轉介等服務。

Background

Sheng Kung Hui North District Youth Service Team (formerly known as Sheng Kung Hui Areia Preta Youth Service Centre) is established in 1999 with funded by the Social Welfare Buerau. It is the first professional youth service team sponsored by the government. It aims at assisting Northern District resided teenagers by outreaching social work service.

In 2003, Sheng Kung Hui North District Youth Service Team (Fai Chi Kei) was established and the old service centre renamed as Sheng Kung Hui North District Youth Service Team (Areia Preta). Through the growth and development, the service team expands to “Sheng Kung Hui North District Youth Service Team” in 2006.As a result, the number of professional social workers will increase and we will insist on using outreaching social work service method to serve those teenagers who in need.

Our Mission

“Catching the stars with you,even in the path with obstacle” is our slogan. By outreaching social work service method, our social workers take the initiative to walk into the district where the teenager gathers, find out the difficulties of the teenagers through interacting with them and provide appropriate guidance and service to them promptly, give support to those underprivileged in society. With different handling skills and variety social activities, we show care to those homeless marginalizing teenagers, provide assistant in family and education affairs, get them learn about the inner part and the values of themselves.

Target Group

We serve Northern District resided teenagers aged 6-24 who find difficulty, or in crisis situations to adapt to the society. These include behavior and emotion problems, family and gender relationship, on top of academic, career and life planning. Social workers in the team would provide a limited to, guidance and consultation, step-in action and referral.
