背景
澳門特別行政區政府社會工作局綜合「隱蔽青年研究」及「青少年網絡成癮研究」的結果，發現到有服務的需要，透過公開招標方式，於2015年3月，聖公會澳門社會服務處有幸承辦此項計劃，為全澳有關「隱蔽」及「網絡成癮」的青少年及其家庭，提供適切的服務。
我們深信青少年有他們的專長和潛能，計劃因應他們的需要，提供服務及安排合適發展機會。青少年的行為背後，一定受其心理、家庭關係、外在環境等因素影響，故先導計劃必定以家庭作為一個整體去處理及支援，以滿足他們及其家庭特別的需要，同時也配合社會上各方面的努力，以供他們發揮優勢、盡展所長。
服務宗旨
有「隱蔽」狀況的青少年：
﹣以不同形式的介入手法，了解青少年隱蔽背後的成因，並發掘他們的潛能，以解決他們在成長上面對的困難；
﹣提供足夠的空間，讓青少年發揮未被發掘或認同的能力，提升自信及自我形象；
﹣加強公眾對「隱蔽」的認識，增加社會對「隱蔽」議題的正面討論，減低負面標籤，讓青少年更易適應社會。
有「網絡成癮」狀況的青少年：
﹣協助青少年解決成長上的困難，避免他們藉由上網行為，逃避解決生活上的問題；
﹣擴展及鞏固青少年的人際網絡，發展多元的興趣，訂立正面的生命目標，減低青少年對上網的依賴。
﹣教育及推廣工作，讓公眾正確認識上網成癮的特徵及原因，促進防治有關問題的效果。
支援受困擾之家長：
﹣提供家庭輔導、小組輔導，以促進親子關係，協助推動子女有正面之轉變。
服務對象
主要為全澳的兒童、青少年，他們的家庭成員提供相應的服務，服務對象亦包括社區人士：
- 年齡介乎10~24歲的本澳兒童或青少年，當中：
﹣受「隱蔽」狀況困擾；意指常常獨在家中（最少一個月），或不參與或間斷參與社會活動（包括讀書、就業、興趣班），或缺乏與社會交流；
﹣受「網絡成癮」狀況困擾；意指常常沉迷網絡活動，以致影響到個人情緒、學業或工作、家人關係（詳細見本服務網頁的評估量表）；
- 有子女處於上述狀況，受到困擾之家長。
About us
The results of the “Hidden Youth Study” and ” Internet Addiction Study” by the Governo da Região Administrativa Especial de Macau Instituto de Acção Social found that there was a need for services. In March 2016, Gabinete Coordenador Dos Serviços Sociais Sheng Kung Hui Macau was fortunate to undertake the contract,and we have started a pilot counselling service named S.K.H. “We-Connect” Hidden and Internet Addiction Youth Service Project. This project provides appropriate services to the youth and their families.
We are convinced that Teenagers have their expertise and potential. The project provides services and provides suitable development opportunities to meet their growth needs. Behind the behaviors of teenagers, they must be influenced by factors such as their psychological, family relationships and external environment. Therefore, the program must deal with and support the family to meet the special needs of them. Efforts to make them use their strengths and develop their strengths.
Our Mission
“Hidden” youth :
– Different forms of intervention to understand the causes behind the hiddenness of teenagers and to explore their potential to solve their difficulties in growing up;
– Provide enough space for teenagers to develop their unexplained or recognized abilities and enhance their self-confidence and self-image;
– Enhance public awareness of “Hidden”, increase positive social discussion on “Hidden” issues, reduce negative labeling, and make teenagers more adaptable to society.
The youth with “Internet addiction” :
– To help teenagers in solving their growing difficulties and avoid they solve the problems through online behavior ;
– Expand and consolidate the youth network, develop diverse interests, set positive life goals, and reduce youth access to the Internet Dependence.
– Education and promotion work, so that the public can correctly understand the characteristics and causes of Internet addiction and promote the prevention and treatment of related problems.
Family Support :
– Provide family counseling and group counseling to promote parent-child relationships and help promote positive change for children.
ServiceTargets
Mainly for child and adolescent in Macau, their families and the community :
- Child and adolescent of Macau (between 10 and 24 years old), which was :
- Hidden youth; means often at home (at least one month), or not participating in or interrupting social activities, or lack of communication with society;
- The youth with “Internet addiction”,means often indulging in online activities, affecting personal emotions, academic or work, family relationships (see the assessment scale for our website for more details);
- Parents who have children in the above situation and are troubled.
