永利團隊成員支援服務推廣日——家庭幸福摩天倫Wynn Employee Assistance Program Roadshow — The Making Of A Happy Family

目的:透過問答遊戲卡及輔導員傾談站,讓團隊成員理解建立幸福的五大元素,學習如何和家人好好相處,減少誤解,營造幸福快樂的家庭,同時鼓勵成員如受到情勢困擾,可致電24小時僱員支援熱線與輔導員傾談,是次活動合共1300人次參與。

Date: July 9 & 16 (2 sessions)

Target:  During the roadshows, it is aimed to educate Wynn Team Members (TMs) the five elements of happiness/well-being and the tips about building a happy family through the quiz cards and Counselors’ Chat Booth. Besides, TMs were encouraged to call the 24-hour EAP Support Hotline to talk with Counselors for emotional support when necessary.  Altogether around 1300 participants at the events.
